Position: Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager

The Role

  • Drive solution adoption across our clients and their 3rd party suppliers through change management campaigns, training and data improvement activities
  • Facilitate one-on-one and small group product training
  • Achieve commercial & gross-margin targets through growing revenue through up-sell, cross-sell and increased services for your clients
  • Be a subject matter expert for our solutions and the problems they solve
  • Design and execute strategic customer success plans
  • Identify and determine requirements for product development opportunities
  • Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, champions and users across all client sites
  • Collect referrals, case-studies and testimonials
  • Demonstrate the value of our solutions through high-quality reporting for our clients
  • Contracts and Service Level Agreement management for your clients
  • Participate in internal product testing and design reviews for new features and development
  • Develop industry focussed subject matter expertise in the local governments and utilities industry

About You

  • Experience managing enterprise-level account relationships
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable leading commercial and contractual conversations with clients
  • Industry expertise servicing local government, utilities and engineering sectors.
  • Exposure to enterprise asset management, information management or engineering drawing management best practice
  • You can operate at a strategic & operational level (commercially minded, fast-paced and great at getting things done
  • Change management or project management experience would be beneficial
  • You love working in a close-knit team, so collaboration and communication (both internally and externally) is business as usual for you
  • You’re a self-starter, who doesn’t require regular oversight or direction
  • You’re a leader, who can lead by executing and succeeding, as well as supporting people around you
  • Both senses (being common sense and your sense of humour)
  • Ability to travel interstate on a somewhat regular basis to visit your clients
